How Does Billing Work?
The platform and your first assessment can be paid yearly or monthly. One active assessment is included.

What Does an Additional Assessment Cost?
Each additional active assessment is $49 due today when you add one, charged upfront to cover your first 30 days, and it is ready as soon as the payment succeeds. A one-time Prepaid Environment Credit on your next invoice aligns it to your regular billing date, then it is $49 per month on your normal bill. The upfront charge is not refunded, even if you cancel your subscription.

What Happens When I Deactivate an Assessment?
You keep full use of it through the end of the period you already paid, with no partial refund. Storage is a choice, not automatic. Before the period ends, either keep it as a stored environment at the rate in our Terms or download your records, because access ends when the paid period does.

Do You Certify Us?
No. Level 1 is a self-assessment. Your senior official affirms the result in SPRS.
