SPRS is the Department of Defense system where a supplier records its CMMC status and completes the annual affirmation. Level 1 entry is data only. No evidence files are uploaded to SPRS.
SPRS captures the level, the status date, the scope, and the result. You keep the supporting evidence yourself.
